We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience. The Stormwater Notice of Intent (SWeNOI) upgrade scheduled for Thursday, June 5, 2008 5:00 PM to Monday, June 9, 2008 10:00 AM EST has been postponed for approximately one week. As a result the SWeNOI application will be fully operational. On Thursday, June 5th, 2008 5:00 PM to Monday, June 9th, 2008 10:00 AM EST – Stormwater Notice of Intent (SWeNOI) application will be down due to system upgrade. On Saturday, May 31st 05:00AM to June 1st 03:00 AM EST, the CDX Production environment and Exchange Network may experience intermittent Network outages On April 18th from 06:00 PM to 7:00 PM EST, the CDX Production environment and Exchange Network may experience intermittent outages. On March 8th from 06:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST, the CDX Production environment and Exchange Network may experience intermittent outage. On February 23rd from 06:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST, the CDX UDDI service and RCRA converter services may experience intermittent outages. January 31, 2008 02:00 PM EST to February 2, 2008, 10:00 PM EST - The TRIMEweb application will be unavailable to all users in order to perform system-wide stress testing. No TRIMEweb submissions and/or Revisions will be allowed during this time. January 19, 2008 06:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, CDX UDDI and RCRA Converter services may experience intermittent outages. Friday, January 18, 2008 5:00 PM to Monday, January 21, 2008 9:00 AM EST – Stormwater Notice of Intent (SWeNOI) application will be down due to system upgrade. The upgraded version of SWeNOI will allow construction stormwater operators to submit and modify Notices of Intent (NOIs), Notices of Termination (NOTs) and Low Erosivity Waivers (LEWs) under EPA’s stormwater general permit. From Friday, December 14, 2007 5:00 PM to Tuesday, December 18, 2007 6:00 PM EST, the eNOI system will be unavailable due to a system upgrade. The updated eNOI system will be available for use starting Wednesday, December 19. From Friday, December 7, 2007 at 2:00 PM to Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 8:00 PM, The TRIMEweb application will be unavailable to all users in order to perform system-wide stress testing. No TRIMEweb submissions and/or Revisions will be allowed during this time. Schematron and XML Validation services will be unavailable during the upgrade. On June 9, 2007 05:00 AM EST to 12:00(NOON)PM EST - CDX Web and Exchange Network may be unavailable to all users due to database maintenance upgrades in the CDX Pre-production(Test)environment. On June 2, 2007 from 06:00 AM EST to 06:00 PM EST - CDX Web may be unavailable to all users, including the Exchange Network due to hardware and operating system maintenance upgrades. May 26, 2007 04:00 AM EST to May 27, 2007, 08:00 AM EST - CDX Web may be unavailable to all users, including the Exchange Network due to preventive maintenance of the NCC electrical systems. May 19, 2007 06:00 AM EST to Midnight EST - CDX Web may be unavailable to all users due to hardware and operating system maintenance upgrades. May 26, 2006 - Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule (LT2) program will be available to CDX users. May 12, 2006 - CDX Inbox enhancement is scheduled to allow easier management of Inbox messages for all registered CDX users. While the current list, select, and download attachment features for unzipped files will continue to be available, CDX will now allow sorting Inbox messages by clicking headers, including open status, and support the selection and download of up to 20 inbox messages and attachments at one time sent to a zip file on your desktop. April 21, 2006 09:00 PM to April 22, 2006 12:00PM - Database Maintenance: CDX will be unavailable to all users, including the Exchange Network. February 23, 2006 - CDX is announcing the ability to UPGRADE current Central Data Exchange (CDX) accounts used by public water systems, States and EPA to access the Safe Drinking Water Accession and Review System (SDWARS) during the Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Regulation 1 (UCMR1 2001-2005). This upgrade will allow users to transfer their accounts and related information from SDWARS1 to SDWARS2. These users must participate in this "PRE-REGISTRATION" process in order to use their current CDX account for UCMR2. November 5, 2005 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM - Database Upgrades: CDX will be unavailable to all users, including the Exchange Network SDWARDS/UCMR: The Safe Drinking Water Accession & Review System (SDWARS) Database will Officially close on December 9, 2005. This will end the data collection for Unregulated Contaminants for this round of monitoring. If you have not yet submitted your monitoring requirements, please do so before the closing date. There will be no user access after this date. If you have any questions, please contact the Helpdesk at, 888-890-1995. October 8/9, 2005 - CDX Web archiving process and IDEF will be down for maintenance. The Exchange Network won’t be affected; however, EPA Node exchanges using CDX will be interrupted. August 27, 2005 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM - Database Upgrades: CDX will be unavailable to all users, including the Exchange Network August 5, 2005 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM - FLPP/LEAD back-end database server move: The CDX FLPP/Lead application will be down during this time. August 5, 2005 8:00 PM to August 7, 2005 8:00 AM – Database Version Upgrades: The CDX Node will be unavailable to all users. July 29, 2005 8:00 PM to July 31, 2005 8:00 AM – Database Version Upgrades: CDX Web Flows will be unavailable to all CDX Web users. The Exchange Network won’t be affected; however, EPA Node exchanges using CDX will be interrupted. May 15, 2005 - System Upgrade/Maintenance: The CDX application server for archives and Gentran process will be unavailable from 06:00 PM to 11:30 PM Sunday night. This will temporarily affect CDX Web back-end archiving processes for all CDX Web data flows. The Exchange Network won’t be affected; however, EPA Node exchanges using CDX will be interrupted. May 1, 2005 - System Upgrade/Maintenance: The CDX mail server will be unavailable from 08:00 PM to 11:00 PM Sunday night. This will temporarily affect CDX Web mail functionality and AQS users will be unable to download files from CDX AQS Web during this time. March 4, 2005 - System Upgrade/Maintenance: The UCMR Flow will be unavaliable to all CDX Web UCMR users from 05:00 PM to Saturday, March 5, 2005 05:00 PM. This will not affect other CDX Web Flows or EPA Node exchanges using CDX. February 26/27, 2005 - UCMR will be unavailable from 7:00am Saturday 2/26 to 7:00pm Sunday 2/27 due to Oracle upgrade activity. February 13, 2005 - System Upgrade/Maintenance: The CDX web will be unavailable to all users from 08:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This will not affect the Exchange Network; however, EPA Node exchanges using CDX will be interrupted. December 05, 2004 – GigaBit Switch Upgrade: The CDX Web and the Exchange Network will be unavailable to all users from 8:00 PM to 12:00 PM (EST). November 20, 2004 – Database Version Upgrades: The CDX web will be unavailable to all users. This will not affect the Exchange Network; however, EPA Node exchanges using CDX will be interrupted. November 19, 2004 - Database Version Upgrades: The CDX web will be unavailable to all users from November 19, 2004 09:30 PM to November 20, 2004 01:00 AM. This will not affect the Exchange Network; however, EPA Node exchanges using CDX will be interrupted. October 29, 2004 - New CDX Node Service: New schema validation service for eDMR, FRS, AQS and RCRA flows is now available on the Central Data Exchange (CDX) Production system. October 29, 2004 - New AQS XML File Support: The Air Quality Subsystem (AQS) Submittal Form application is available for XML file upload and schema validation.
